Hey Sean I have been running 42mm, I would run them a little bigger though I was just running them that small because thats what I had and needed to match them front to rear. I use the fronts one mm smaller then the rear. 43mm in the rear is a good place to start much bigger then that and you really start chunking the sidewall. Make sure to round them a lot on the edges no matter what size you use. Roll out should be 4.0in or 100-103mm
